- "Consultant" means any person or entity registered with ISOQuote to provide ISO 9001 consultancy services.

- "Quote Request" means a request submitted by a Business User through the Website for ISO 9001 consultancy services.
- "Services" means the services provided by ISOQuote, including the connection of Business Users with Consultants for ISO 9001 certification assistance.
2. Service Description
2.1. Platform Services
ISOQuote operates an online platform that connects businesses seeking ISO 9001 certification with qualified consultants. We do not provide ISO 9001 consultancy services directly. Our role is limited to:
- Providing a platform for Business Users to submit Quote Requests
- Transmitting Quote Requests to appropriate Consultants in our network
- Enabling Consultants to respond directly to Business Users with quotes and proposals
- Facilitating communication between Business Users and Consultants
2.2. No Endorsement
ISOQuote does not endorse any particular Consultant. While we verify basic information about Consultants in our network, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by Consultants. Business Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting Consultants based on their own criteria.
2.3. No Fees for Business Users
ISOQuote provides its platform services at no cost to Business Users. Our revenue is derived from fees paid by Consultants for lead generation and platform access.
3. User Obligations
3.1. General Obligations
By using our Website, you agree to:
- Use the Website and Services in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party
3.2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Website or Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

3.3. Additional Consultant Obligations
If you are a Consultant using our platform, you additionally agree to:
- Maintain valid professional indemnity insurance appropriate for ISO 9001 consultancy services
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and services
- Respond to Quote Requests within the timeframes specified by ISOQuote
- Submit quotes and proposals that accurately reflect your services and fees
- Maintain the confidentiality of Business User information accessed through our platform
- Comply with all applicable professional standards and regulations
- Pay all applicable fees to ISOQuote in accordance with your agreement with us
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Website Content
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ISOQuote and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
4.2. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website and Services for their intended purposes. This license does not include:
- The right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Website or its Content
- The right to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

5.2. Consultant Services Disclaimer
ISOQuote is not responsible for the services provided by Consultants to Business Users. We do not guarantee that:
- Any Consultant will submit a quote for your project
- The quotes received will meet your expectations in terms of price, scope, or timeline
- The Consultants will successfully help you achieve ISO 9001 certification
- The services provided by Consultants will be error-free or uninterrupted
Any contractual relationship formed as a result of a Quote Request is solely between the Business User and the Consultant. ISOQuote is not a party to such contracts and has no liability arising from them.
5.3. Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information about ISO 9001 certification and related topics on our Website, this information is provided for general guidance only. It does not constitute professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Business Users should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice tailored to their circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Exclusion of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISOQuote shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Website or Services
- Any loss of profit, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or reputation
- Any actions, services, advice, or omissions of Consultants
- Any damage caused by viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment or data
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content provided on our Website
6.2. Liability Cap
In the event that we are found liable for any loss or damage, our total liability to you shall not exceed £100. This limit applies to any single claim or series of related claims.
